A HelloFresh facility is under investigation by the United States Department of Labor after an ABC News report revealed allegations that migrant children were working at the facility in Aurora, Illinois, as recently as this summer
To our knowledge six teenagers were found to be working night shifts at the plant, according to the report published in ABC, citing their source, Cristobal Cavazos,
Cristobal is the executive director for the advocacy group Immigrant Solidarity. The Department of Labor launched a separate investigation into a potential violation of federal child labor regulations by Midway Staffing, which is said to have hired employees to work at the facility, according to the report.
